• Scared Heart: 10%
• Blended Heart: 17.5%
• Rotten Heart: 2.5%

Getting Birthright as Tainted Deli increases all chances to get a Delirious Heart by 25% per stack.

Grants one eye for his protecting Halo/damage output.
